Celebrating their 16-year anniversary this fall, Albuquerque's award-winning Indie Folk Français band, Bébé La La, return to Paradiso in Santa Fe, bringing with them their engaging original songs and signature stunning harmonies.
Featuring singer-songwriter, guitarist and violist Alicia Ultan and singer-songwriter, accordionist Maryse Lapierre, plus Micky Patten on bass and Joe Chellman on drums, Bébé La La began as a duo in 2010 when Alicia and Maryse, who hails from Quebec, Canada, found a great musical compatibility between their respective French influences and original folk inspired "art” songs. Over the years, the two have developed an eclectic and lovely repertoire, and their warm,joyful rapport with audiences keep them coming back time and again!
