The award-winning Cal Haines Quartet perform a mixture of jazz standards and original compositions in
an open, chordal-free format. The group explores textures, moods, beats and tempos, discovering the
beauty of spontaneous interaction that occurs from a commitment to deeply listen to one another. Space
in the band’s sound becomes the fifth member. Featuring four seasoned players, who continually work to
