Swing Magique guitarists, Ronaldo Baca and Mick Faucheur, bring virtuosic and distinctive gypsy jazz sound to the band while vocalist Melissa Montoya draws heavily from the vocal styles of Edith Piaf and Ella Fitzgerald, capturing melodious chanson and American jazz standards with her lyric and dynamic vocals. All members of the band come from completely different backgrounds, but, as they describe it, “Gypsy Jazz is where we meet!”
